Hello folks,

The last few months have been very busy at Pop Culture Trading Pins. The first week of October landed us at Mid Ohio Con and we had a blast. The show had an excellent guest line-up and we sold a wide variety of our trading pins. When I had a spare minute, which rarely happened, I made my way over to artist alley to see living legends Alan Davis and Joe Kubert. Alan rarely attends shows in the USA and to see him was a show highlight of mine.

Now back to our pins. To celebrate our appearance at Mid-Ohio-Con, we offered 2 limited show exclusives; Black Terror #10 and the first offering of our Rocket Series. As of this writing the Black Terror #10 is 75% sold out! It is strictly limited to 200 pieces and is sequentially numbered with our custom back stamp. To those folks that could not attend the show I placed the remaining trading pins in our on-line store. This is the 4th offering in the Golden Age Pin series and the detail is quite amazing. I sometimes find it hard to believe that we packed so much detail in a 1.75” piece of metal. Buy Now!

The other exclusive celebrates the inaugural release of the Harvey Rocket Series. Each piece in this series will incorporate a show’s logo with a classic Harvey Rocket cover. For Mid-Ohio-Con, the cover to Casper the Friendly Ghost #164 was selected. This pin is limited to 200 pieces and the remaining inventory has also been added to our on-line store. I want to thank those folks that stopped by and complimented on our trading pins. It was a pleasure meeting everyone and we hope to see you next year.

So what are we up to now? We are getting ready for New York Comic Con, 2009. I know February sounds far off but this will be our biggest show. To celebrate we are doubling our selection and offering multiple exclusives. After looking at several early designs I find it hard to wait until February. So keep checking back for updates.
